Note from the Director
Just as the rigors of the Hillsdale College classroom environment are designed to challenge and develop the mind, Recreational Sports and Fitness strives to offer students the opportunity to maintain a balanced and healthy lifestyle through activities that challenge physical wellbeing. Physical wellbeing is an important component of the liberal arts experience. These programs provide our students with avenues for maintaining physical health and managing stress while developing relationships with fellow students, taking on leadership roles, setting personal goals and maybe even taking on a new challenge. Whether you are interested in joining a club sport, competing against fellow students in a variety of IM leagues, increasing your fitness level or starting a fitness program for the first time, Hillsdale Recreational Sports has options for you.
