Meet the Team

Michael MurrayMichael Murray serves as Executive Director of Career Services, where he leads a team of dedicated and passionate professionals committed to Hillsdale students. Michael is a graduate of Albion College and the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. Michael spent seven years on active duty in the U.S. Marine Corps where he served as a Judge Advocate and the Marine Instructor at the University of Michigan. Leaving active duty in 2002, Michael practiced law with Clark Hill PLC in Detroit and then worked as a Sales and Marketing Manager with Lexis Nexis. Michael is a member of the Marine Corps Reserve and in 2006 deployed to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Michael and his wife have three children.

Joanna WiselyJoanna James Wiseley is Director of Career Services, serving the College for over 20 years. She is a Hillsdale College graduate. Joanna began her career with the College as an Admissions Counselor. Her next career was as a high school teacher where she coached volleyball. At Hillsdale College she also serves as Senior Class Advisor and Commencement Coordinator. She and her husband Scott have three grown boys and two daughter-in-laws.

Keith MillerKeith Miller is Assistant Director of Career Services and a history and mathematics double-major from the Hillsdale Class of 2003. After graduation, he worked as a federal budget analyst at The Heritage Foundation, and then attended and graduated from Columbia Law School. Keith returned to Hillsdale after practicing law with O’Melveny & Myers in Newport Beach, California, and serving as a clerk for United States District Court Judge James Teilborg of the District of Arizona. Besides his duties with Career Services, he also serves as coach of the college's Mock Trial Team. He and his wife have three children, ages 5 and under.

Courtney NoonanCourtney Noonan serves as Internship Program Coordinator for Career Services, where she is working to increase the number and quality of internship opportunities for our students. Completing her Bachelor of Arts from Hillsdale in 2011, Courtney majored in Marketing & Management. Since graduation, Courtney has worked in the Ann Arbor area as a Marketing Associate and Event Coordinator for Online Tech and as an Independent Marketing and Event Consultant for WAAM 1600 Radio and other local businesses. She is an avid equestrian and lover of all winter sports.
